Option 1:
Having dinner at Poble Sec is also a very good option. There are many local tapas restaurants at c/ Blai. We specially recommend you “Quimet, Quimet”. We warn you that this place is very small but it's worth it!
Option 2:
Taking the Cable Car called “Transbordador Aeri del Port” (open until 7 pm) from Montjuïc Mountain to La Barceloneta Quarter and visit:
- La Barceloneta
La Barceloneta Quarter is the old fisherman quarter of Barcelona. It still has a humble familiar environment although it is now full of really good restaurants of fish, sea food and paella.
- Maremàgnum
Maremagnum is one of the most lively areas of Barcelona. There you will find restaurants, discos, shops, regular cinemas, the Imax 3D Cinema, the Aquarium... All this surrounded by the sea, with lovely views over the city. It's 10 minutes walk from Hotel Curious!
- Olympic Port
The Olimpic Port is marina and it was build for the Olympics in 1992, held that year in Barcelona. By day you can eat at any seafood restaurant and in the evening you can enjoy there the wide and fun nightlife it offers. Having dinner at the Olimpic Port is a great option for a perfect closure. There are many good restaurants there, but we can recommend Opium Mar, Agua or Shöko. OUR TIP: To come back to Hotel Curious after the dinner or after a tasty drink, you can take bus 59 (until 10 pm), metro L4+L3 or taxi.
